Today while on ClubPenguin @ItsSlidoo found Rockhopper, I then noticed that Rockhopper has updated his playercard!
Rockhopper can be found on Servers with 4-5 bars in the daytime. But at Night he can be found on Servers with 2-3 bars. If you have a hard time finding him in a room. Click the face with no mouth and search through the players until you find a Excited smiley face icon and it says Rockhopper. Click that then click the box for a Rare autographed background.
