New EPF Message

Today When I logged onto CP. I noticed that my Spy Phone was Flashing Blue I clicked it and There was a New Message from 'G' And it said:

I have spoken with the Director, and Field-Ops will return later this month. For now everyone's orders are to enjoy Music Jam.

So When do you think the Field-Ops will be back? What do you have planned for the Music Jam?
